These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the terms of use for the "log2X" (hereinafter referred to as "log2X") online store (hereinafter referred to as "this online store") provided on this website by asagi Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). Article 1 (Application)

  4. The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between users and other users or third parties in relation to this online store.

Article 11 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

The Company may change or add to all or part of the content of this Online Store, or discontinue providing this Online Store, without prior notice or consent from the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result thereof.

  2. In the event of any dispute arising regarding this online store, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
