Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Cancellation (order cancellation)
Once an order is placed, it will be processed automatically, so cancellations are not accepted in principle. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Please note that orders that include items marked (presale) cannot be canceled for any reason.

- Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other items that come into direct contact with the skin without using underwear or other clothing
