Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Cancellation (order cancellation)
Once an order is placed, it will be automatically processed, so cancellations are not accepted in principle. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Orders that include presale items cannot be canceled for any reason.
Product Returns and Exchanges <br data-mce-fragment="1">If you wish to return an item, please apply using the "Inquiry Form" or by sending an email to (email address) with the reason for return or exchange. After we have received your application, we will provide you with information on how to return the item for return or exchange. However, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply. Please note.
Please note that the shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
- If you do not apply for a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product
- If you do not return the product within 5 days of receiving your return or exchange request
- If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own reasons
- If the product shows signs of use, damage, or dirt
- If the product tag or accessories are missing
- If the product is returned using a method other than that specified by our company
- In the case of products sold under special conditions such as coupons/sales
- For orders that are marked as non-returnable or (presale) on the product page or campaign page, etc.
- Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other items that come into direct contact with the skin without using underwear or other clothing

If the delivered product is defective or you receive a different product, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us via the "Contact Us " form or Please apply for a return or exchange by sending an email to (email address) with your order number and a photo of the affected area. After we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a return or exchange. However, please note that we may not be able to accept your return or exchange if any of the following conditions apply. Please note that we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
- If you do not apply for a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product
- If the product shows signs of use, damage, or dirt
- If the product tag or accessories are missing
- If the product is returned using a method other than that specified by our company
- If it is determined to be within the range of individual differences in the product
- Minor manufacturing marks (which can be removed by washing)
- Regarding loose threads (thread ends), if the loose threads on the product do not cause holes when pulled, there is no problem with the product itself. We ask that you please cut off the loose threads with scissors before using the product.
If you suspect there is a defect such as a hole, please contact customer support by email with a photo attached.
